Sharing of Client Information
To the extent allowed for by law, an Operator must ensure that the following is communicated to other Operators providing Health Care to a Client:
- the Client's necessary Health Information; and
- the Client’s Personal Directive, Enduring Power of Attorney, guardianship, trusteeship order, or Advance Care Planning document.

- Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
- Health Information Act
- Personal Information Protection Act
- Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act
