An Operator of a Type A Continuing Care Home or a Type B Continuing Care Home must provide Life Enrichment Services as indicated in the Care Plan.
An Operator must ensure that information about Life Enrichment Services is communicated to a Client and the Client’s legal representative in an appropriate manner.
An Operator must ensure that Staff who are required to plan, develop, coordinate and deliver Life Enrichment Services have the necessary education and knowledge, or equivalent experience, to do so in a way that meets the needs of the Clients.
