Palliative Care and End-Of-Life Care

An Operator must ensure that all Health Care Providers providing Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care to a Client have access to the Client’s necessary Health Information, including the Client’s Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care goals, subject to 7.1.
