Palliative Care and End-Of-Life Care
Where an Operator provides Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care, an Operator must:
- establish, implement and maintain documented policies and procedures identifying what specific Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care it provides; and
- make these policies and procedures available to the Client, the Client’s legal representative, if applicable, and Staff.
