Palliative Care and End-Of-Life Care
An Operator must ensure the following are documented in a Client's Care Plan:
- the Client’s Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care goals; and
- any relevant instructions pertaining to Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care listed in any legal documents made known to the Operator.
