Restraint Management and Secure Spaces

For the purposes of 17.2 and 17.5 a “significant change” in the Client’s behavioural symptoms is a pattern of change in the behaviour or Responsive Behaviour that led to the use of a Restraint or Secure Space. The assessment or determination that a significant change has occurred must be made by a Regulated Health Professional.
